Joseph A. Medlen a Corporal in C Battery, 15th Coast Artillery, at Fort Barrett, which is at Kapolei, was born on August 10, 1911 and enlisted in the Army from Colorado. He was wounded on December 7th at Ft. Barrette and died two days later. After the war, he was buried at Punchbowl, the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu. |
