Jack Leon Lunsford was born on September 7, 1921, in David City, NE. He was a Private First Class in the Marines. He was killed during the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii while on board the ship USS Nevada. His name appears on a plaque at Pearl Harbor and he is buried at Puunahou Cemetery, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
